R.A. Simasek, P.A., through the popular Intuit program QuickBooks®, provides full-charge bookkeeping services including general journal maintenance, account reconciliation and tracking of payables and receivables for analysis.

Basic Duties:

• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
• Produce and analyze monthly, quarterly or yearly financial statements.
• Maintain General journal.
• Track receivables and payables upon request.

R.A. Simasek, P.A. also provides on-line bookkeeping through remote access that allows for real time information. Quarterly payroll return services as well as yearly package services including 940, W-2s, W-3s, 1099s, and 1096s and normal returns are available to our clients. Monthly or quarterly sales tax returns will also be prepared for our clients.
